By giving thanks to the presence of Allah SWT, the Most Gracious and Merciful, for his mercy which is always bestowed so that the author has succeeded in compiling a report on   the implementation of the MANDALA CUP proposed to show high sportsmanship.
The purpose of the MANDALA CUP report is to compare the sportsmanship between high school / K schools in Bekasi City
The author is aware of the shortcomings in making the MANDALA CUP report results in the form of reports far from perfect, so the author is willing to accept constructive criticism and suggestions for the progress and goodness of the results of this report.

BAB I
PREMILINARY
1.1                        BACKGROUND

Bekasi Mandalahayu Vocational School is an educational institution with vision that is the realization of achievements in the field of majors and education based on national culture. The implication is that every school program or activity both curricular and non-curricular must be in line with that vision.

After the final school examination (UAS) activity, students then receive a report card for one semester. Before receiving a report card, there is an interval of several days from the end of the UAS. This time interval is an opportunity to fill it with a variety of positive activities. Activities that are able to develop and enhance a prestigious culture in both academic and non-academic fields.

Students are young generation who will become valuable assets in the future development of the nation. In order to become a reliable generation, today's young generation needs to be prepared early to become competitive individuals in the realm of knowledge, attitude and skills. His daily life must be filled with positive and constructive things, so as to be able to counteract the negative effects of globalization as a result of technological progress. 

Therefore, it is necessary to have a media or container to develop their talents and interests, to then become a champion. Because, basically youth is the right time for the younger generation to become a champion generation.

Routinely, MANDALAHAYU BEKASI Vocational School filled the post-UAS time interval with the Mandala Cup activity. Starting in 2018, the mandala cup concept is named "THREEOURTOUR CUP". The MANDALA CUP activity aims to explore and develop students' talents, which lead to the development and improvement of sportsmanship

For this reason, after the 1st semester of 2018 UAS activities, the committee has held the second MANDALA CUP activity with the theme "The Young Champion".

As a form of accountability for the implementation of these activities, the 2nd MANDALA CUP activity report was prepared "The Young Champion"

     1.2     BASIC ACTIVITIES

1. Republic of Indonesia Law No.20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System.

2. Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 of 2006
about the Development of Students Who Have Potential Intelligence and / or Special Talents

3. Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 2008 concerning Student Development.

4. Student Council Counseling Work Program for Academic Achievement, Art, Sports in accordance with Interest and Talent.

5. Meeting of Management and Board of Trustees of SMA Negeri 1 Rembang on December 10, 2015

    1.3  FORM AND NAME OF ACTIVITIES

The MANDALA CUP event in 2018 is the 2nd MANDALA CUP with the theme "The Youngest Champion"

The second form of MANDALA CUP activities consists of 2 activities namely volly son and male and female futsal championships


     1.4 ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES

1. To capture the talents of students in non-academic fields in order to improve school achievement

2. Nurturing the spirit of unity, cooperation and sportsmanship among students

3. Increasing students' interest in sports

4. Release the tension, saturation and fatigue of students after the end of the semester

ACTIVITIES REVIEW

2.1 ACTIVITIES REVIEW


2.1.1 PARTICIPANTS ACTIVITIES

Participants in the 2nd MANDALA CUP Activity namely;

1. Volly son
This activity was attended by all schools in Bekasi City

2. women's and futsal Futsall Championships
This activity was attended by representatives of each school, consisting of 22 male teams and 24 female teams. The match uses a knock out system, and one champion is the 1st place winner, son and daughter

2.1.2     TIME AND PLACE ACTIVITIES

The implementation of the second MANDALA CUP activity is:
1 Volly son
Day / date: Monday sd Tuesday (15-16 December 2018)
Time: 07.00 to finish
Place: Field MANDALAHYU BEKASI VOCATIONAL SCHOOL

2 Princess Son Futsall Championships
Day / date: Friday, Wednesday (December 19-24 2018)
Time: 07.00 to finish
Place: Field of MANDALAHAYU VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, BEKASI


2.1.3 IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES

The implementation of the 2nd MANDALA Cup activity was opened with Volly Putera's activities on Monday, Tuesday (December 15-16 2018). Volly Putera activities are followed by all schools in the city of Bekasi

The second mandala cup activity is in the form of championships for male and female futsal matches, held for four of the days, namely Friday, Wednesday (December 19-24 2018)

On the first day held on Monday 19 December 2018, a preliminary round was held for the futsal son. Taking place in the field of MANDALAHAYU Vocational High School The match which lasted for 10 x 10 minutes was very tight. Buying and selling attacks often occur. Cheers from the two supporters of the team colored throughout the game. The final result,

3.3 RESULT

Through the second MANDALA CUP activity, the results were obtained;
1. The champion of one male futsal is won by SMA 8 Bekasi, the first winner of female futsal won by SMK 3 Bekasi

2. The winner of one male volly is won by MANDALAHAYU Vocational School Bekasi

BAB IV
FINALE

4.1OBSTACLES

The implementation of the 2nd MANDALA Cup is still not optimal. This is because there are several obstacles in its implementation, which include:

1. There are activities that are not in accordance with the schedule

2. There is a riotous or non-violent audience

3. The lack of control of the hours of going in and going home from school results in a lack of maximum student participation in the 2nd Mandala Cup

4. The field was not satisfying for the participants, because the field was damaged

4.2 SUGGESTION

Based on the results of the Committee's identification and evaluation, there are a number of suggestions for the implementation of the Mandala Cup in the future to be more optimal, namely:

1. There is more massive socialization to the teacher related to the implementation of the MANDALA Cup. So that it can avoid any collision with Remidi activities

2. The field must be adequate according to international standards

3. There is control of school attendance and attendance hours by the homeroom teacher

4. There is coordination between the Student Council committee so that it can overcome various existing problems more effectively and efficiently

4.3 FINALE
